Today I received my new Botany Notebooking Journal by Jeannie Fulbright. It is just awesome! I am thinking that it is just too nice to use and I might have to photocopy the pages so that I can re-use it with the younger children. I'll have to check the book to see if I am allowed to do that.
I love Notebooking. It is such a delightful way to bring learning to life. The children love creating their own Notebooks and turning them into a work of art. I get a lot of use from my comb binder but today a lady on the homeschool site shared information about another binding machine that makes the process of taking and adding pages from notebooks much easier. I will have to look into it. Thank God for the education rebate!

That looks lovely. Some really good books are too good to work in. I have done the copying for later students with a few special things. Not sure how copy right works for that type of book. Maybe you could post a page or two when completed to show us what they look like. I remember we had botany books a school, I just don't seem to be able to remember doing much in them!

Yes Ruby, I just regret using some of my books that could have been saved for other children. Obviously there are copy rights but when it is purchased for one family use then I think there may be exceptions to the rule. One has to be frugal when the family dynamics are bigger than average~
